Oh, the Joys of Nature!

There are a million and one mysteries awaiting you to behold beneath the circus curtain of nature’s alluring green aura.

I have four simple activities which will hopefully encourage you to spend more time with Mother Nature!
Various benefits are directly received by spending minimal time in nature’s embrace via sun, trees, plants, earth and air. Daily walks leading whenever they may lead might be all you need to begin a journey of discovery within your own backyard.
Once outside subtle motivations encourage continued exploration. As though starring main character in your personal version of the classic Disney film, Pocahotas, following "just around the river bend" will allow Mother Nature to illustrate her glories in all of its forms of majesty…
To describe just a few would be her soft green pastures, lush forests home to a plethora of animals and insects, vibrantly decorative floral arrangements of the most beautiful designs, trees reaching the skies, deep lakes and winding rivers, mountains peaks and valley streams, all awaiting your very eyes!
Encourage yourself to follow through on the four simple tasks I have for you.
1. Morning stretches are best to preform after first warming your muscles with a nice shower or bath. Experiment with aromas at your leisure in order to decide which you prefer and start your day with luscious scents that you enjoy.
2. Immediately welcome large quantities of water to cleanse your body of impurities accumulated over the night before. There are many obvious (and not so well known) benefits to the daily intake of water; however, for purposes of brevity, largely know that every single function of your body is promoted by H2O. So drink up! Also, welcome restroom breaks as an excuse to stretch once more, relaxing tense muscles acquired on your way to work and alleviating any stress beginning to creep in.

3. Enjoy a lovely mid-day picnic in a nearby park for your daily lunch hour as a joyful way to welcome the sun’s warmth and the opportunity to destress by focusing on the inner peace within the nature surrounding you. Take a fruitful orange with you to benefit from Vitamin C while Vitamin D from the sun revitalizes your hair and skin. Let happiness grace your face and breathe in fresh air which will open your lungs and relax your mind. Earth will ground you to the realities of imperfection, versatility, flexibility and adaptability when confronted by inevitable change. Yet, hopefully all of these elements will recharge you to continue thorough out your busy day.
Lastly..
4. Appreciate an evening stroll in your neighborhood to help add an overall tranquil aspect of reflexion over one’s day and checking-in with one's sense of self. Walking helps to speed up metabolic break down of dinner and inspires a smooth and relaxing invite to a restful evening. It also serves as fantastic personal time from family, friends, roommates and your partner or spouse!
